I’m Laura Cardona, a career advisor and human resources consultant. I’m originally from Colombia, and I hold a degree in Psychology, as well as an MBA. With over 18 years of experience in the HR sector, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, starting in recruitment and then leading teams focused on selection and employee well-being.
